Die Sonde wird stets senkrecht in Richtung des durch eine Röntgenaufnahme erkannten Metallobjektes geführt.
Bei der Annäherung an das Metallstück bewegt sich der Leuchtzeiger. Der Maximalpunkt wandert mit.
Jede Abweichung vom direkten Weg führt zu einem verringerten Zeigerausschlag. Der Maximalpunkt bleibt beim jeweils erreichten Maximum stehen.
Bei jeder Annäherung an den Maximalpunkt ertönt ein kurzer Signalton.
Wird kein weiterer Zeigerausschlag erreicht, so liegt das Metall direkt vor der Sondenspitze und kann entfernt werden.
Die Lampen der Meßempfindlichkeit leuchten je nach Annäherung und Metallgröße nacheinander auf.

The searching process
The probe has to be kept vertically in the direction of the through X-ray localized metal object.
When approaching the metal piece, the display-bar starts to move, the maximum point ,too.
Each deviation from the direct path is indicated through the decreasing of the display-bar. The maximum point of approach is indicated and kept by the peak-holder.
By every maximum approach a short accoustic signal is carried out.
If there is no further movement of the display-bar, the metal piece is exactly in front of the probe top and can be removed.
More sensitivity lamps start lightning when the appoaching is beeing increased, depending on the size of the metal piece..

Processus du recherche
Déplacez la sonde toujours à angle droit en direction de l’objet métallique repéré par une radiographie.
En approchant la pièce métallique la barre lumineuse bouge. En même temps le point maximal se déplace.
Toute déviation du chemin direct a pour conséquence une diminution de la barre lumineuse. Le point maximal s’arrête alors au maximum atteint.
A chaque approche du point maximal vous entendez un signal court.
Lorsque vous n’obtenez plus de mouvement de la barre lumineuse, le métal se trouve directement devant la pointe de la sonde et vous pouvez l’extirper.
Les voyants de l’indicateur de repérage s’allument successivement suivant l’approchement et la grosseur de l’objet métallique..
